Privacy Policy

Summary

Gods of Small Change is a single-player game. We do not require accounts, logins, or personal information to play. We do not sell data. We do not show ads. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

What we collect

• Device identifier — a random ID generated on first launch, stored only on your device. It is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal information.
• Gameplay telemetry — anonymous session data including coin drops, scores, evolution stages, and performance metrics (FPS, memory). This helps us find bugs and balance the game. Telemetry is sent to our server (a Cloudflare Worker) and stored without any personal identifiers.

What we do not collect

• Names, email addresses, or contact information (unless you voluntarily submit them via our website contact form)
• Location data
• Photos, contacts, or any data from other apps
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID)
• Payment information (the game has no in-app purchases)

Save data

Your game progress is saved locally on your device. Save files are not uploaded to any server. If you delete the app, your save data is permanently removed.

Website

Our website (gosmallchange.com) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data. If you sign up for our newsletter via Buttondown, your email address is stored by Buttondown under their privacy policy. If you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email, and message.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game does not require or request personal information from any player.

Data retention

Telemetry data is retained for up to 90 days, then deleted. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond. You can request deletion of data associated with Gods of Small Change through our data deletion page.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app's update notes.
